Save thousands on commisions!

Saturday, January 31st, 2009

Real Estate brokers and agents in Los Cabos command a hefty 10% commision on Real Estate sales of property worth one million dollars or less and split the bounty the usual listing agent and selling agent 50/50, 40/60 and even 30/70 depending on the individual negotiated deal, on pricier homes the commision is usually a little less, but not much less. No matter how you look at it, the amount of your money that brokers and agents  keep is obcene when you consider that all that is needed is to place a yard sign, list your home on the MLS website and wait for a prospect. Real Estate of Cabo San Lucas is promoting a novel idea, list your home on our www.realestateofcabosanlucas.com website for a one time fee of only $495.00US, one time fee means it will remain posted until it is sold! All leads are sent directly to the seller, (you) and the sale is negotiated directly between the buyer and the seller. Now, local real estate folks don’t like this because they stand to lose thousands and tousands (literaly) of dollars on each and every sale, but sellers and buyers think it’s great since the savings for both are tremendous. After all, Mexico does not require nor does it issue any kind of license to sell real estate. Think about that before listing your home. Email andres@cybermark.com if you wish to list your property on tis site and dal directly with buyers yourself, after all, who can better sell your home than you?
