Monday, February 2nd, 2009

Don Koll, long time Los Cabos resident, developer, benefactor and  Cabo lover, donated muchos bucks to build the state of the art soccer and track and field stadium in the Los Cangregos area in the outskirts of Cabo San Lucas. This magnificent structure seat 2500 spectators, the pitch is regulation size synthetic turf and lighted for night play. Cabo San Lucas Real Estate… a buyers market, again.

Monday, February 2nd, 2009

The Cabos San Lucas Real Estate market has become a buyers market, again…the economic situation in the the US, (worldwide, for that matter) is helping second home and vacation home buyers negotiate better deals than ever. Most sellers will be happy to entertain lower offers since the economic downturn and credit crunch. Buyers of Los Cabos real estate have been known to negotiate great deals while many multi-property sellers have found that with fewer prospects in the market are wanting to invest less and expect more than before. Such is the case with Puerta del Mar in the Tezal area in Cabo San Lucas, a small exclusive gated community, overlooking Cabo San Lucas Bay, magnificent homes designed by an award winning architect, 3 and 4 bedrrom residences loaded with amenities, top of the line appliances, marble floors and granite countertops, everything you would expect in a multi-million dollar home including a breathtaking ocean view, the developer has lowered the price of the homes by as much as 20% by cutting his marketing costs and dealing directly with the buyers, eliminating the costly third party real estate agent and accepting offers directly. Prices start at $615,000.00US

Puerta del Mar Residences include a lifetime family membership at nearby exclusive San Lazaro Private Club, a sports and recreation club complete with 6 lighted tennis courts, fully equipped gym, professional grass soccer pitch, yoga, pilates, steam room, sauna, jaccuzi, restaurant, sports bar and much more.

Rodrigo Cabeza de Vaca is the Owner/Developer of Puerta del Mar and he can be reached at (624)355-3003. He also offers some very interesting undeveloped land in the area.
